This year, most of my friends working abroad came home. We tried to meet all of them while they were here in Pinas. Sad to say some of them managed to file for a shorter leaves from their work so hindi namin naabutan ang ilan sa kanila. Nevertheless, we still succeeded to meet some of them. I got the chance to meet  two of my former buddies in college, Mcdo and Dex on separate occasions. The former came in July and the latter in August.

We celebrated the home coming of our best buddy Mcdo in Watering Hole. Dumating ang mga college friends whom di ko na rin madalas makasama. Kaya’t nakakatuwa talaga ang mga reunions. Late ng kunti ang guest still waiting was ok. Finally dumating na rin ang star of the night.

After the dinner and inuman session and great bonding me part two pa pala. We managed to plan for a day tour in Enchanted Kingdom. Since I’ve never been to EK excited din ako to visit the famous place for kids and kids at heart.

Rio Grande. Di ko makakalimutan na nabasa kami sa ride na to. Good thing di ako nagshoes at me extra clothes akong dala. Pero gusto kong ulitin ulit to.

The Space Shuttle. I will never forget this ride. At sa tingin ko ayaw ko na ring ulitin. Pero masaya ang Space Shuttle and we were lucky available ang ride na to when we visited EK.

The rides were all perfect to a day of fun. Me nakakalula, me nakakatakot at meron din nakakathrill. I guess parang life namin we have chosen our own rides in life. Some of them are with mild thrill to share while some have a life changing experiences.

This ride made us smile, grin and scream!

For a day we were like young once again. Mga dorm boys din kasi ang mga kasama and these guys were the guys I considered my siblings from different mothers way back college days. Nandun pa rin ang kakulitan ng tropa. Though di kami complete as some of us were still abroad or committed for other events that day. Still the three of us managed to celebrate the best friendship build and strenghten by time.

I got the chance to meet old college friends during the 2nd week of October. These friends of mine were planning to go to Singapore but prior to that I invited them for a dinner before their flight date. To my delight they accepted my offer. They were three drop dead gorgeous ladies (ayan ha ganda ng introduction ko sa inyo).

Meeting old friends is a wonderful feeling. Thanks to the power  of social networking (adik din kasi sila sa Facebook), we update each other through our FB accounts. Still iba pa rin if you meet your friends in person. A dinner for five was fitting enough  for our mini-reunion (oops me coffee treat pa pala si Jonah after dinner, Thanks ulit!).

Then KJ, one of my closest buddies since college joined us. So the five us savored all the happy memories  during college. We shared stories about our respective lives, careers and things we do lately. Maloko nga si K kasi we joked the ladies that we also had reservations and plane tickets to Singapore. Sinakyan ko na lang ang pakulo nya. To the point na naniwala rin silang lahat (just kidding ladies!).
